Weidmüller (USA) - Sales Forecasting Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- This position leads the forecasting dialogue each month with key customers and internal partners
- Prepare overviews of mid- and long-term demand planning forecasts
- Leads the preparation and execution of the Demand/Sales forecast Reviews with key stakeholders
- Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales and Customer Service, and customers to ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts
- Support customer demand using historical usage patterns, seasonality, new product introductions, and other related activities
- Presentation at customer's site or support of Sales presentation at customer site and continuous follow-ups to ensure sustainability
- Performs a rolling demand planning/validation process
- Closely coordinates and communicates customer action plans with supply planning
- Prepares and maintains relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process
- Continuous improvement of implemented forecast algorithms and models to improve forecast accuracy
- Identify new strategic actions to improve business performance and success of customer.
- Review of current KPIs: Forecast Accuracy, Inventory, Availability, Delivery Reliability

- 2 -5 years related work experience
- Degree: BS/BA degree in Statistics, Finance, or equivalent experience
