Eisele Pneumatics GmbH + Co. KG (Germany) – With the M12 power plug Eisele’s MULTILINE modular kit system now offers even more diversity and service.

The multiple couplings and multiple media connectors of the Eisele MULTILINE E series offer an innovative modular kit system for combining compressed air, vacuum, gases, coolant, liquids, electronics and electrical wiring in one connector body.

Eisele Pneumatics of Waiblingen continues to develop the MULTILINE E and is proud to present the M12 power plug for power electronics and will supplement the range of adaptive inserts for the MULTILINE E with practical power supply capabilities soon.

It is approved for voltages up to 630 V. The M12 power plug is the smallest and most compact connector on the market and is designed for cables with diameters up to 2.5 mm2. The adaptive insert with up to five power contacts provides up to 16 A per pin and is reverse polarity protected, shockproof and vibration-proof. A special focus of the development was on safety aspects and the M12 power plug which features a high-quality plastic housing.

The MULTILINE series will also include an optimised housing version with a practical locking lever soon. The lever enables connection and disconnection within seconds. This quick-change system also requires less manual force, making it very convenient to operate a MULTLINE E multiple connector that is completely equipped with drip-free adaptive inserts.
