Sercos North America (United States)

Sercos NA is the North American affiliate of Sercos International, a trade association headquartered in Germany that is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Sercos Automation Bus, one of the world's primary Ethernet-based buses for industrial automation.

Main Products

The Sercos automation bus is designed for high-speed serial communication of standardized closed-loop real-time data. Sercos II utilizes fiber optics as the transmission medium. Sercos III utilizes Industrial Ethernet as its transmission medium.

The Sercos associations offer a number of free software packages, such as the Sercos SoftMaster, a software version of the Sercos Master Control; the Sercos Monitor, a diagnostic tool that provides a comprehensive and detailed analysis of data traffic in Sercos III networks and Sercos software drivers.
