CubiScan (United States) - Job Offer by CubiScan: Sr. Account Manager.
Cubiscan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Account Manager to oversee all 3PL, Freight Forwarder, and Small Parcel Carrier accounts. This role is crucial in driving business development, growing our global logistics and warehousing presence, and enhancing partnerships. The ideal candidate will focus on strengthening relationships with current accounts and partners, finding and developing new account relationships, and providing a world-class experience to increase market share and ensure long-term customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
- Oversee all 3PLs, Freight Forwarders, and Small Parcel Carrier relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Manage and support all existing relationships, with a focus on selling additional equipment across all Cubiscan products as well as selling into new accounts.
- Works closely with other sales executives, account managers, and marketing team to grow each account.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow overall book of business.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and programs to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
3. Customer Experience:
- Provide a world-class experience for all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Implement best practices for customer service and relationship management to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, including selling service contracts and taking a consultative approach to their business for Cubiscan growth opportunities.
4. Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to align account management strategies with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer support.
6. Other:
- May participate in direct and channel sales and marketing activities as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- CRM and Excel proficiency required (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred) and advanced functions/reporting in Excel a plus
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, sales engineer, business development, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing account relationships and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to foster collaboration with partners.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and execute effective business plans.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
