How to Check the Operation and Alarm Records of Weighing Indicator General Measure GMT-H4

By checking the records, we can quickly find the operation errors, improving efficiency while reducing the operation error frequency.

1. Operation Record Check:

Simply create two operation records. Press enter and then press the right button, enter the basic parameters and select “31 Stabilization and Zero Chase”. Modify the stabilization range to 2d. Then, change the stabilization time to 2000m. At this time, the instrument has recorded these operations. Return to the main interface.

Long press the left button, you can quickly view the operation records and alarm records. Press the up and down keys to switch the operation/alarm records. This instrument can save ten latest records. Press the left and right keys to switch to view 1 to 10 operation records. Here, you can see the latest operation: the stabilization time is modified to 2000ms. Press the right key to view the last one, which is the stabilization range modification to 2d. 2. Alarm Record Check:

Next, check the alarm records. For example, the instrument prompts the alarm “Combined weight jump.” Meanwhile, an alarm record will be generated. On the main page, we can long press the left button. Here the latest alarm is “Combined weight jump”. GMT-H4 is capable of recording ten alarm information. Press the left and right keys to switch to view 1 to 10 alarm records.

Other types of alarm messages can be logged, such as zeroing failure, net weight zeroing not available, uneven force, reversal or abnormal signal wiring, and channel weight jumps, etc.

All in all, GMT-H4's quick query operation information and alarm record function can help engineers to quickly troubleshoot instrument and weighing systems in the field, improving efficiency and reducing losses.
