General Measure Launch New Check Weigher and Metal Detector Combo Machine

General Measure Technology Co. Ltd. (China) - Press Release: General Measure's new check weigher with metal detector CW-6K has weight checking and metal detecting functions. It remains the 10-inch touchscreen, smoothly operating and user-friendly. Its external expansion of IP port, serial port, and network communication can achieve product management, monitoring, and remote control. This machine is widely used in the food, daily use, chemical, textile, packaging, and so on industries.

With a maximum capacity of 6kg, the best accuracy is ±1g, the highest speed is 60pcs/min. The metal detector height can be 80mm/100mm/120mm/150mm/200mm. 

Metal detection sensitivity:

  • Fe≥φ1.2mm
  • Sus304≥φ2.2mm
  • Non-Fe≥φ2.0mm

CW-6K is the new checkweigher and metal detector combo machine. General Measure has CW-1.2K and CW-3K check weigher and metal detector combo as well. Besides, the individual metal detector is up to come.
