Balanças Marques (Portugal) - Press Release: The Group of the company Balanças Marques distributed 70 thousand euro to its employees, due to the excellent results obtained in 2021. This distribution of dividends is part of a wide range of benefits that the group from Braga, Portugal has implemented in its companies.

The employees of the José Pimenta Marques Group were once again rewarded this year for the effort of their work and for their contribution to the very positive financial results achieved in the previous year, despite the adverse economic situation. With the May salary, each employee received a percentage of their salary as a bonus, the amount varying according to the result of the evaluation of the individual performance of each one and their assiduity.

With a global turnover of 19.5 million euros in 2021, the José Pimenta Marques Group saw its companies overcome the numerous difficulties posed by the pandemic situation and the constant increases in the costs of raw materials and transport, reaching and even improving the goals outlined for the year.

“After two very adverse years at a global level, but in which our companies and our employees were able to overcome all the obstacles we faced, we believe that the conditions were met to resume this benefit and distribute this reward again for the excellent overall performance, and above all our recognition for everyone's effort”, says the Management.
“Although we continue to live in very difficult times, aggravated by the war in Ukraine, we also want to convey to our employees our confidence in the future and in our ability to, all together, face the difficulties that are presented to us”.
